Als DDV-lid heb jij een mail ontvangen over de ClubApp. Met dit emailadres kan je inloggen in de clubapp. Nadat je de clubapp hebt gedownload op je telefoon en jouw mailadres hebt ingevoerd, kun je een wachtwoord aanmaken. Dit wachtwoord is niet gekoppeld aan de DDV-website. Vervolgens kun je aan de slag en de app verkennen. De clubapp voor iphone is HIER te downloaden. De clupapp voor een android telefoon is HIER te downloaden.

De mogelijkheid bestaat om via de app een baan te reserveren bij DDV. Maar dit kan natuurlijk ook via de website. Wanneer je op de homepage de [Vrijspeelbanen] knop aanklikt (hiervoor moet je inloggen op de site), zie je het kopje: Ik wil een baan reserveren. Wanneer je op de bijbehorende link klikt, word je naar de baan reserveren pagina geleid.

Regels voor afhangen:

In principe kun je onbeperkt afhangen, maar om iedereen de mogelijkheid te geven te kunnen afhangen zit er een limiet (1x) op hoe vaak je per keer kunt afhangen. Een voorbeeld: Wanneer je dinsdag van 10.00-11.00 uur afhangt, kun je pas opnieuw afhangen wanneer dit afhangtijdstip voorbij is. Dus op dinsdag om 11.01 uur kun je weer opnieuw afhangen. Wanneer je afhangt met iemand die al ergens afgehangen staat, geeft de app aan dat het maximum aantal reserveringen bereikt is.

Our new DDV clubapp is now operational. With this app you can get an overview of court availability, reserve a court, view the DDV calendar, view clubnews, open my knltb and much more.

As a DDV member, you have received an email about the ClubApp. With this email address you can log in to the club app. After you've downloaded the clubapp onto your phone and entered your email address, you can create a password (this password is not linked to the DDV website). Then, you can get started and explore the app. The club app for iphone can be downloaded HERE. The clupapp for an android phone can be downloaded HERE.

You can reserve a court through the app, but it is also possible to do so through the DDV website. When you click on the [Vrijspeelbanen] button on the homepage (you have to log in to the site for this), you will see the heading: I want to reserve a court. When you click on the corresponding link, you will be taken to the court reservation page.

Rules for reserving a court:

In principle you can reserve a court an infinite number of time, but to give everyone the opportunity to reserve courts, there is a limit (1x) on how often you can reserve at a time. An example: If you reserve a court on Tuesday from 10.00-11.00 am, you can only reserve another court when this timeslot  has passed. So on Tuesday at 11.01 am you can reserve a new court again. When you try to reserve a court with someone who has already reserved a court some other time in the week, the app indicates that the maximum number of reservations has been reached.
