Veranderingen Privélessen
Normaliter geven onze tennistrainers als zzp’er privéles aan onze clubleden en hebben ook een aantal uren per week een dienstverband met DDV voor groepslessen. De belastingdienst hanteert strenge regels voor de ZZP zoals bijvoorbeeld dat een duidelijke scheiding is tussen een dienstverband en zelfstandig ondernemerschap van de trainers.
Dit jaar is aangekondigd dat er verscherpte controle zal plaatsvinden bij sportclubs. Omdat DDV geen financieel risico (naheffing en boetes) wil lopen en de fiscale regelgeving goed wil uitzoeken, is besloten om voorlopig, ter overbrugging, de trainers via een dienstverband alle privétrainingen te laten geven.
Deze administratieve lastenverzwaring brengt kosten met zich mee waardoor de les duurder is geworden en de leerling via de club €55 per uur moet betalen.
De tarieven van de lessen kunnen eventueel worden aangepast zodra de trainers weer als zelfstandige privélessen geven.

Normally our tennis trainers give private lessons to our club members as self-employed persons and also have an employment contract with DDV for group lessons for a number of hours a week. The tax authorities apply strict rules for the self-employed, such as, for example, that there is a clear separation between an employment contract and the self-employment of the trainers.
This year it was announced that stricter controls will take place at sports clubs. Because DDV does not want to run any financial risk (additional tax and fines) and wants to properly investigate the tax regulations, it has been decided to temporarily allow the trainers to provide all private training via their employment contract.
This increased administrative burden entails costs, which makes the lesson more expensive and the student has to pay € 55 per hour via the club.
The rates of the lessons can possibly be adjusted as soon as the trainers start giving private lessons again as self-employed trainer.
