You can contact the confidential counselor if someone at the tennis club makes you feel uncomfortable. If you think that this person is bullying, discriminating or sexually intimidating you, you can tell the confidential counselor about this.

What does a confidential counselor do?

The confidential counselor is an independent person. This means that he will not take sides. The confidential counselor listens to your story and only takes action if you indicate that you want this. It is important to know that you decide for yourself what happens and at what pace. The confidential counselor will tell you what you can do and help you with this.

How confidential is a confidential counselor?

No one will be informed about the conversations that take place between you and the confidential counselor, without you

The activities of the confidential counselor are the responsibility of the board. At the end of the year, the confidential counselor reports to the board whether there have been reports, the nature of these reports and how progress and closure have taken place.
