Afgelopen jaar was weer een bijzonder jaar. Er is veel gebeurd en dat willen wij graag met jou delen. Het bestuur nodigt jou uit om aanstaande donderdag deel te nemen aan de digitale ALV om 19.00 uur. Er is veel werk gestoken in het inzichtelijk maken van hoe DDV dit afgelopen jaar gevaren is. Dit kun je allemaal teruglezen in de stukken en ook in de vragen en opmerkingen over de stukken. Onderaan deze mail een lijst met de belangrijkste stukken en de daarbij behorende links.

BEN JE NIET BIJ ALV

Kun je niet bij de alv aanwezig zijn dan willen wij jou verzoeken de stukken te lezen en wel te stemmen in de clubapp (kopje: ALV 27 januari 2022 in het menu).

Er is afgelopen jaar kneiterhard gewerkt door een grote groep vrijwilligers en een bevestiging van jou voor al dat harde werk zou erg gewaardeerd worden. DUS GRAAG STEMMEN! (stemmen kan nu al t/m 27 januari tijdens de ALV)

(Als attachment bij deze mail is een stappenplan te vinden hoe je in de clubapp kunt stemmen ). Kun je niet stemmen via de clubapp, neem dan contact op met de secretaris via: secretaris@altcddv.nl, die helpt je verder. Alle stukken die online staan, kun je ook in de clubapp terugvinden. Per onderwerp dat er gestemd kan worden, staan links die je aan kunt klikken.

Last year was another special year. A lot has happened and we would like to share that with you. The board invites you to participate in the digital GMM this Thursday at 7 pm. A great deal of work has been put into providing insight into how DDV has fared this past year. You can read all this in the documents and also in the questions and comments about the documents. At the bottom of this e-mail is a list of the most important documents and the associated links.

IF YOU CANNOT JOIN GMM

If you are unable to attend the general meeting, we would like to ask you to read the documents and vote in the clubapp (heading: ALV 27 January 2022 in the menu).

This past year a large group of volunteers has worked very hard and a confirmation from you for all this hard work would be much appreciated. SO PLEASE VOTE! (voting is now possible until January 27 during the GMM)
