How will the GMM on January 27 work?

On January 13, all documents, will be placed on our website, behind the login, under the heading 'verenigingsstukken'. These documents will also be available on request from the secretariat of the club, secretaris@altcddv.nl.

Prior to the GMM, questions can be asked about the subjects to be discussed, as well as about other subjects that are considered important. This is possible up to and including Saturday 22 January a.s. Questions can be asked by sending an email to: secretaris@altcddv.nl

All questions are anonymously placed and answered in a document on the 'verenigingsstukken' page. This document is constantly updated. The answers to these questions will be answered by the board up to and including Monday January 24 and will be posted on the website.

Voting

From January 24 to January 27 (also during the GMM) you can vote. A specially made voting form in our club app will be used for voting. A vote cast can be changed up tuntil the close of the vote during the GMM. It is therefore necessary to download the club app and arrange your password in advance. (If you want to cast your vote, but you don't have a smartphone, let us know and we will look for a solution: secretaris@altcddv.nl)

Zoom meeting

On Monday, January 24, a link for the Zoom meeting will be placed in the Clubapp and behind the login on the website, under 'verenigingsstukken'! The link can also be sent by email on request. Several reminders will follow to attend the meeting and to vote. (The meeting will take place in Dutch)
